Full versions of the two reports the CRIC E-Commerce teams produced for the Retail and Consumer Service Foresight Panel are now available online along with details of the continuing CRIC e-commerce programme.

The CRIC web site launches into the new millennium with a new look.  Information throughout the site has been substantially revised and updated and navigation should now be easier and new information quicker to find.
