Abstract
The presentation reviews developments in outsourcing, including IT, business process and offshore outsourcing, and through case study and survey evidence, locates the practices amongst corporations and government agencies and the results they have been getting. It identifes a range of existing and emerging practices, and the issues experienced in sourcing strategies and their implementation.
CRIC has combined with PREST to form the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research (MIoIR).
